Who are Egypt Cream of the Crop?
The answer is any Egyptian who has the care, the energy and the willingness
to take Egypt from anyone or anything that hurt Egyptians, Egypt and the future of Egypt.
"Egypt Cream of Crop" Teams which we will call ECCT and ECCT's actual work must be paperless.
They must use electronics to do their job, such as phones, computers, internets and
hosting (inside and outside Egypt) . The main goal is to track and comment on every
move of any government officials, media staff, policy personnel, army personnel, or
any person who has something to do with Egypt and Egyptians affairs. ECCT will make
everyone and everything hear what ECCT has to say about their actions good or bad. In
short, ECCT will be the biggest "nag" in the history of the world without any violence.
ECCT theme is NO Violence, but no one will be free from our nagging feedbacks.
The most important thing is to build an organization and processes to run such an
organization. Communication within and outside the ECCT structure should be built in
such way that no government or international agents would be able to stop the ECCT communication channels.
We recommend the following structure, teams and processes.

|
ECCT must have a structured system with members, committees , teams, rules, and
processes. We would be more than happy to help ECCT built their organization.

• Foot Soldiers
|
The way of thinking of Foot Soldiers is be a follower and not a leader.

|
Like any organization or a business, ECCT must have a budget, collects donations and pays salaries and expenses.

• Management Team
|
The Management Team would be running ECCT, and we would be more than happy to help ECCT in creating their teams.

The Analysis Team's job is to calculate the risk of any processes or actions and how to minimize
the risks before ECCT starts any nagging or processes. Risks should be documented and used in any future
risk analysis.
