The Existing Pattern and Thinking Outside the Box:
To be able to think outside the Box raises the following questions:
•
What is the characteristics of the Box?
•
How do people inside the Box think or value things?
•
How to get people inside the Box change their way of thinking?
We need to identify the existing patterns (Box) of how Egyptians view issues, forced to view issues,
conditioned to view issues, or their wishful thinking of viewing issues.
The following is what we consider the existing patterns:
•
Mental pattern induced by the Mubarak's System
•
Physical pattern induced by the Mubarak's System
•
Media brainwash tactics
•
Conditioning by Mubarak' System

The Mental and Physical Scars Inflected on Egyptians by The System
Mubarak's System use mental and physical tactics to achieve its goals. To offset such
tactics, we need to look for patterns. Study and categorize such patterns and prepare
the antidote or remedy(s).
Mental Pattern induced by the Mubarak's System:
•
The System created a constant psychological threats-fear (paranoia) to every Egypt of being
watched, can be physically harmed and his family also plus there is no stopping whom The System
would arrest and torture.
•
Stories and rumors of being arrested, tortured and even killed are the constant enforcement to psychological Pattern.
•
Mentally, Egyptians are in constant disarray and not to trust even God Almighty.
•
The System mentally destroyed all hopes or thinking about changes or possible of changes that may benefit Egypt or the Egyptian.
•
Egyptians are consumed with details and cannot think straight or clearly.
Physical Pattern induced by the Mubarak's System:
•
The Physical patterns are the visual support of the Mental Patterns.
•
The torture infrastructure - The System existing agents, personnel, equipments and facilities are ready to physically torture, imprison and ever kill any Egyptian who is considered a threat to The System.
•
The physical beating and humiliation of Egyptians in public which they serve as a reminder and reinforcement of the mental patterns.
Media Brainwash Tactics:
•
The media is the machine for brainwashing, mixing lies and truth and creating hopeless and confusing mental state to every Egyptian.
•
The constant showing of corruptions to create a public outcry and how nothing is being done
which anger Egyptians and put them into no hope state. Such constant shows is our proof that the media is "a wolf in sheep's clothing with Devilish intentions".
•
Long term and short plans for imbedding ideas, believes and conflicting emotions
Conditioning by Mubarak' System:
The System use the media and other tactics to condition Egyptians, their thinking, feeling, hopes and believes.
Egyptians Self Inflecting Patterns:
•
Egyptians and the culture have numerous self-inflecting patterns that end up inside the minds of Egyptians.
•
Anger - which is blinding and it is channeled toward other Egyptians in the form of aggression.
•
Constant phobia of feeling helpless and no hope insight.
•
The buildup of "not to care" attitudes and approaches to social issues.
•
Sadly Egyptians who live abroad have the same mental patterns
Who should lead? and What type of leadership?
When it comes to finding an Egyptian leader or the country president, we believe
that Egyptians need to be educated and helped so they would make a solid choice.
As a start, if you ask any Egyptian who should be the country leader or the president,
there will be three answers as follows:
•
First, the person would be saying that if he or she become a president; he/she will be
doing XYZ and fixes corruptions and make the Egypt the best country in the world. This
means that every Egyptian believes that he/she has the potential of being a great
president, since he/she believes that he/she has the right heart, brain, qualifications,
the care and the effort to lead.
•
Second answer would be a name of some religious figure (both Christians and Muslims) who
is a charismatic speaker who bring the best of people in his speeches. For example, Alshak
Alsharawy - one of Alazher Scholar. - died few years ago. Some Christians also stated that the
late Baba Shonoda would make a great Egyptian leader.
•
Third choice would be a famous person with a number of PH.D, who is a known public figure.
To get Egyptians out of this box or these thinking patterns, we will show following table.
The following table is our own analysis and readers do not need to agree or approve anything in this table.
Again, IT IS OUR OWN ANALYSIS.
Presidential Qualifications Table:
Background
Performance History
Intensions & Thinking Pattern
Military Personnel
Failed
In the last 50 yrs almost all military leaders ended up being a dictators.
Intelligence Personnel
Failed - Better success than Military personnel
In the last 50 yrs almost all Intelligence leaders ended up being a dictators. The late Sullman ( Mubarak's right-hand man) is the example of being an executioner.
Academia
Failed
No real world experience and no management skills.
Socialist
Failed
A total failure and ended up being a dictators. USSR and China is the perfect examples.
Religious Scholars

They do not have management and economical experience. They may end up being a dictator under the religion's flag.
Sport figures & Movie stars
10% success
They are more of public figure who captured the heart of the people and lake the skills of being a leader.
Egyptian public do not think of them highly.
Old Politicians
Failed
Can be only as an advisor - generation gap
Politicians
Over 50% success
50 years of Egyptian History, showed that most politicians end up as mob leaders or dictators.
Businessmen
Over 60% Success
It is a good choice, but sadly Egyptians businessmen are opportunists with the attitude of grab what you can before loose your chance.
Looking at our table, our analysis favor businessmen with political capabilities.
Regardless of the choice, the next Egyptian president needs supportive teams, who
believe in him and want Egypt to succeed. Former president Morsi did not have the right
teams, tools and processes. We recommend to the next president to use the following
processes and tools:
•
Open public policy
•
Experience Committees - should be cleaned out of any bought oppositions members
•
The use of Think-Tanks
•
Latest Technologies
•
Computer Modeling to projects and plans
•
Use history as a teacher and guidelines in almost everything scheduled project
•
The Media - clean up first
•
The Men of the Month Award - awards recognizing the most outstanding effort by Egyptian citizens
Some of the above points will be covered expensively in other sections in this website.

Under Construction <=====
Our Analysis showed that Egyptians are put into a box that restrains them mentally
and physically without any outlets.
The answer to such box or conditioning is to "Think Outside the Box"
Our immediate remedy must have an immediate impact on Egypt and Egyptians with the following:
•
Look at Egypt and Mubarak's System from 2,000 feet - the whole picture.
•
Identify the defects, problems and what is working and what is not working
•
Take out The System's Middle Management (hidden executives)
•
Take out the media or limited their actions or tactics
•
Work on the economy and financial stress the Egyptians are living with
•
Working the major issues such as traffic, water, electric, and public services shortages.
•
Do not get caught in the detail which is one of The System mental tactics
•

•
Egyptians should not be allowed to fight among each other and constantly reminded of that
•

Permanent remedy is as follows:
•
Take The System out staring with Middle Management (hidden executives)
•
Create Checks and balances- the separation of the government powers - a system that allows each branch of a government
to amend or veto acts of another branch so as to prevent any one branch from exerting too much power.
•
Educate the public on importance of Checks and balances
•
Regulate, police and control the media
•
Use technologies to solve problems and building Egypt
